At Marina Edelman Therapy, the work of healing and growth does not begin and end in the therapy room. What you read, how you care for your body, the tools you use to regulate your nervous system, and the resources you turn to between sessions all play a meaningful role in the progress you make and the life you are building. That is why I have put together this curated collection of recommended resources — not as a generic list of popular wellness products, but as a personally selected set of items that I believe in, that align with the clinical work I do, and that have made a genuine difference for the clients and couples I work with.
You will find a range of recommendations here — books that have shaped my clinical thinking and that I regularly suggest to clients navigating relationships, trauma, anxiety, and personal growth; self-care tools that support nervous system regulation and emotional wellbeing between sessions; wellness resources that complement the therapeutic process; and practical items that make the work of healing more accessible in everyday life. Each recommendation has been chosen with intention. Nothing here is included simply because it is popular or because it sounds good. Every item reflects something I genuinely stand behind.
Browse at your own pace, follow what resonates, and know that every item here is an extension of the same commitment I bring to every session — to support your healing, your growth, and your wellbeing in every way I can.
